At Triathlon, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A strong academic degree in engineering and/or business from a leading university or business school
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Drive and flexibility
  • Fluency in Swedish and English


We are looking for candidates straight out of university as well as candidates with a few years of work experience. In experienced professionals we are looking for both people with experience from other leading management consulting firms as well as for people with relevant industry experience.
