Recruitment process.The continued growth and expansion of Triathlon calls for a continuous recruiting process and we recruit throughout the year. By submitting your application containing CV, cover letter and grades from university and high school you enter our candidate screening process. Should your profile match with what we are looking for you will be invited to an interview at our office where we will get a better chance of getting to know you, while giving you the possibility to get more familiar with our firm and people. The initial interview can then be followed by a number of case interviews where your capabilities in solving practical business issues will be tested. Interviews are held in both English and Swedish. |
